Before starting in real estate sales in 2004, Debbie worked in various corporate roles including National Account Manager, Sales Manager and Account Executive. Debbie graduated from The Pennsylvania State University and has master level credits from the University of Pennsylvania. We still return to state college to root for the Nittany Lions, Go State!

Debbie has a passion for training and coaching. Debbie openly admits that she owes much of her success to standing on the shoulders of giants (her coaches) and humble implementation. She has had a personal business coach for more than 10 years. She regularly attends mastermind groups and training to keep her skills sharp and offer better client service. Debbie also served as the Productivity Coach, mentoring new and experienced agents to increase their sales and skills.

While Debbie loves the real estate business, her true inspiration is her family – Debbie and her husband, Tom Krivda have two children.
